Who is the Busy Foodie? I am an engineer who enjoys good food, but I’m often too busy to spend a lot of time making it. The recipes I use don’t involve fancy, obscure ingredients, and don’t require a lot of prep time. I write recipes as concisely as possible, so you can spend less time deciphering instructions, and more time trying out the recipes (and more importantly, tasting the results!)

I do my best to cook and eat healthily. Nevertheless, I have a serious sweet tooth (I blame that on genetics!), so I try to come up with lower-fat, healthier modifications to recipes – Check out my Slightly Less Sinful dessert recipes!

I love to travel and try new foods, finding inspiration for my own cooking. Occasionally, I’m “that girl” – the one snapping photos at restaurants, preventing her friends from digging into their meals immediately.

I post about once a week, and sometimes more often if I’m on a cooking or eating binge. Bon appetit!

Thanks! I just approved your blog claim. Now your Urbanspoon profile picture is displayed on your blog page. You can upload a blog-specific photo if you prefer, and can change a few other blog settings there. Also, if you vote for a restaurant that you’ve reviewed on your blog, we now show your vote next to your post everywhere on our site.
